Horrible stay and i don't say that lightly! I had dirty sheets and when I asked if they could change them then the guy who works in the front gave the sheets to me instead of Changing them or at least getting someone else to do that! This hotel either needs to improve or Be shut down due to too many problems!

The rooms are nice,love the smoke rooms and the lighting💯 no closet for coats etc or microwave, but otherwise it was a panty dropper for a decent price close to shopping etc

If you're looking for more than just a place to stay – if you're looking for a place where you're truly seen and appreciated – this is it. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and memorable experience. I’ll carry it with me long after I’ve left.

I needed a last-minute place to stay with my children while visiting New York for a few days and I booked for the night at this location. I have to say for something that I needed last minute it works, but overall the neighborhood is very sketchy at night. The fire alarm kept going off, I would say about 2 to 3 times. Also, it was very loud outside. The neighborhood was bumping even at 2:30 in the morning. The room was OK although the shower was kind of tricky to figure out in the morning the house cleaning staff was able to show me how to work it even though she did not speak English so overall, I would say if you’re looking for a quick place that takes cash it was 300 for the night, I would say go ahead and book it, but if you’re looking for something comfortable and secure, I would not suggest this location because I did not even have a privacy lock on my door. It was broken and like I said I was staying with young children so to say that I feel safe I wouldn’t say 100% but like I said it got us through the night.

This is absolutely NOT a 3-Star hotel. The rooms are advertised as soundproof. Room 704 is NOT. I have cancer and suffer from insomnia due to chemotherapy, and I just wanted to return to a place I have had restful stays at, but was disturbed by a cursing woman having a loud sexual encounter, loud TV sounds, and a screaming child.

I booked for two nights online through a booking website. The instructions stated that check-in was at 2 PM. However, when I arrived, they told me it was an hour later. I must say the lady in the front was accommodating given the miscommunication. I had booked for a total of two nights, but the miscommunication continued. On the second day after I arrived, I was woken up twice by the phone, constantly ringing and going off. After working a long night shift, I thought I would be able to rest but then someone came banging on my door yelling “It’s 11 o’clock is checkout time.” When I woke up confused and responded that I had a reservation for two nights and that they should check their system, the gentleman in the front stated that he wasn’t able to see that and it took him some time to finally confirm. Long story short, I ended up checking out the same evening, and they refuse to give me partial credit or honor the fact that they had made a mistake. They were very rude, disrespectful, and did not admit to their mistake. Welcome to the Bronx. Also, I could hear doors closing, rooms must be really close together. Seems like this hotel is also used for others things. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to rest or be with family.
